Marketers need to understand where their consumer will research their products or services and what they do on the web to help shape their purchasing decisions.Site publishers can use the data generated from website pages and the searches made to create defined audience segments based on visitors that have similar profiles. Layering this data with other demographic and psychographic data helps marketers build out personas of their key customer segments by consumer behavior.

Before the digital, the economic environment has been limited by physical outlet and the location. The information of the consumer behavior was not easy to collect and the final consequent was inaccurate with sampling survey method.Even better experimental design, data quality gaps still exist as the number not enough as the reference. It would affect the economy to be stagnant.
